In every endeavor which has ever been, or will ever be embarked upon, there must first come the birth of One who believes that such a thing is possible. Benjamin Franklin believed that he could tame the lightning. The Wright Brothers believed that they could build a flying machine. Jesus believed that God would gladly perform miracles through him with inexhaustible power. Jesus also taught that we can all do the same. We have always had those who try to teach us that truly anything is possible. IT IS TIME TO BELIEVE. There have always been those among us who have, in some way or another, triggered a mystical experience that expanded their awareness to include a deeper sense of reality. Always we have been living side by side with those who know that we are one with Infinite Power. They have given us books, techniques, belief systems, even demonstrations of Power, and yet we still do not believe that we are truly unlimited beings. There simply have not been

Hello and welcome to The Avatar Project. I have created this site to chronicle my own journey of awakening, and to help as many others as possible along the way. If you have ever felt that there is much more to this world, and who you are, than is commonly believed, you are not alone! I am committed to sharing only those tools, techniques, and ideas that have helped me personally. I will always be my own primary test subject. It is important to remember that the point of all spiritual practice is to move your awareness from who you think you are, to who you really are, and that as you do this, you will experience ever-increasing levels of freedom, love, and joy. As you spend more time in those states of being, and begin to stabilize there, you will come to realize that you truly are, and have always been, unlimited. THIS IS THE TRUE PURPOSE OF YOGA.            I love praying. I pray every day. Many people do. But how do we know that we are doing it correctly? What if all of our unanswered prayers were simply prayers that had been offered incorrectly? Would you be willing to make the effort of learning the proper technique? As it is commonly practiced, prayer is a means of stating a desire to God, and asking for help in accomplishing it. We are attempting to utilize prayer as a tool with which we can convince God to direct his Power as we would like. This is both ineffective AND unnecessary. God is aware of us at all times, in more ways than we have ever imagined. God is also aware of every desire we have, and God knows EXACTLY how to make our desires come true. Plan A is ready to go, and it WILL succeed, unless we are unable to hold ourselves in the 'receptive mode'. Since we have not learned how to do this consciously, Plan A often fails.
