Each and every one of us has infinite potential within, waiting to be awakened.

It is my sincere wish to let this energy blossom completely, and to teach others how to do the same.

I began my spiritual journey with lucid dreams, out-of-body-experiences (OOBEs), and various energy awareness/cultivation practices. 

I have since studied and received teaching certifications in the time-tested practices of Yoga, Qigong, and Meditation, and I find that each one of them continues to add to my life in a meaningful way.

I studied Music in college and sometimes I make my own.

We also find this energy within ourselves during meditation. As we learn to see ourselves as beings of energy, we can more fully manifest our true potential.
